The coffee there is really good, but despite being closest to my apartment I hardly ever go there anymore. The service is just too unreliable and often on the bad side. It only works if there are no other customers.
Situation 1: They have a shop for coffee equipment and it can happen that the barrista is talking with a customer who wants to buy something from that shop. In that case you have to wait for your take-away coffee until the customer has decided what products to take (and selecting a coffee machine can and should take its time). I left after 10 minutes waiting without a coffee as it did not look as if I would get one anytime soon.
Situation 2: there was a second customer getting coffee and the barrista tried to serve us both at the same time, failing. Most of the time I didn't know with whom she was talking because she wasn't looking at the person she was addressing. I have no problems waiting a bit(!) longer for my turn if than the service is good. Looking at the person you are selling something to should be understood.
So: very good coffee to a good price, but the service sucks seriously.

Kivan rento paikka mukavine sohvineen. Cafe latte aivan huippu hyvää !! Ei ole Suomessa kuin yksi kahvila jossa vastaavanlaista kahvia saapi eli Cafe Art Turun jokirannassa.

Loistavaa kahvia mutta tökerö palvelu. Haluan vain kahvini, en korjauksia maallikkotason kahvisanastooni. Ja vielä: hymy ois kiva. Sekä erinomaisen kahvin että ystävällisen palvelun saa lähes aina ulkomailla, vaikka paljastuisikin kahvitavikseksi.

Palvelu tökkii välillä, kahvirahvasta rankaistaan välillä aika töykeillä kommenteilla. Muuten uskomattoman hyvä hintataso ja kahvi ehdottomasti parasta, mitä Suomesta saa! Yhdyn muihin kommentteihin: lisäntykää ja täyttäkää maa!!!

with no doubt the best coffee you can have in Helsinki.The last renovation made the place a really cozy place to hang out.The service is very competent and nice.If there are two things to mention that I miss would be a more central location and some pastries.A croissant would made just great.

Yhden miinuksen voi jakaa esteettömyydestä, toivottavasti tähän saisi jonkinlaisen ratkaisun kesällä. Take away kahveina loistava, koska jos sohvalla jo valmiiksi porukkaa niin se siitä. Summa summarum, Stadin parhaat kahvit!
