Vain mausteet puuttuivat. Katmandun tilat ovat asiallisen siistit ja tarjoilja oli mukava. Annos tuli nopeasti ja kaikkine lisukkeineen se oli varsinkin hintaan nähden reilun kokoinen. Ruoka myös vaikutti tuoreista ja hyvistä aineksista tehdyltä. Mutta kun se oli niin mautonta. En ole Nepalissa koskaan käynyt, joten en tiedä miten paikalliset ruokansa oikeasti maustavat, mutta ainakaan tässä ravintolassa ruokaan ei mausteita taideta käyttää. Aikaisemman arvostelijan kommentti "Mausteet osataan sovittaa oivallisesti suomalaiseen makuun" pitää siis paikkansa liiankin hyvin. Suosittelen ravintolaa niille, jotka haluaisivat syödä intialaista mutta pelkäävät jo pippuriakin. Muitten kannattaa ottaa omat mausteet mukaan.

Valitettavasti aiemmin niin mainion Katmandun taso on laskenut radikaalisti. Miljöö ja palvelu on toki pysynyt tasaisena mutta tilaamani Maccha Masala oli lähes syömäkelvotonta, daal mautonta ja naan raakaa. Tämä oli viimeinen käyntini.

Pääsi kantapaikkojen listalle heti 1. visiitillä ja useasti on tullut testattua lounasta ja listan ruokia. Mukaan otettuna ruokaa riittää kahdeksi ateriaksi. Loistava paikka myös lasten kanssa syömiseen ja henkilökunta on aina yhtä ystävällistä. Ruoka on joka kerta ollut erittäin hyvää, ikinä ei ole tarvinnut pettyä.
