This restaurant is an excellent example how the unprofessional staff can ruin a perfect dinner. We had high expectations for the evening, but blini dinner turned out to be a disaster: we had to run after the staff to get to order more drinks or blinis, staff was really unpolite and arrogant to the guests, they were talking loudly nasty things about the clients beside the customer toilets and finally the last blinis we ordered were raw and totally uneatable. We were many who thought that the Kasakka restaurant could have been a nice place to come for a business dinners, but luckily we got this way to know before how the reality is in this restaurant: overpriced, unprofessional and rude.
