Tämä on tämän talouden ykkös illan viettopaikka! Omistaja ja muut myyjät erittäin mukavia, ruoka todella hyvää ja hyvän hintaista olutta. Jos lempijuoma on Irish Coffee kannattaa ehdottomasti mennä tänne ja pyytää Simonia tekemään sen! Ison miinuksen O'Connells saa siitä, ettei kastikevaihtoehdoissa ole enää viskikastiketta.

If only the Irish bars in Helsinki served food like this. Had a fantastic sausage sandwich that really won me over by being available with a side-order of traditional colcannon. Portions are great, and can't argue with the price. Add in the atmosphere and beer selection and the place is a real winner.

Tunnelma on irlaintilaisen rento. Olutravintola täyttää mittapuunsa niin ruoka, kuin hanaolut valikoimassa. Sopii niin raskaan työpäivän olutnautintohetkeksi, kuin avioparin "Syödään ulkona" valinnaksi.

Otimme oluen painikkeeksi irlantilaista lihapataa, joka olikin yllättävän hyvä valinta. Tarjolla on kahta kokoa, pienempi vaikutti ensin, no, pieneltä, mutta täytti mainiosti vain pientä välipalaa kaipaavat vatsat. Maku oli suomalaisisttain tuttu, mutta plussaa "eksoottisesta" rosmariinista. Tyhjässä pubissa saimme pöytiin tarjoilun ja hyvää palvelua. Paikan oluttarjonta on hyvä, hinnat ovat ulkomaisten erikoisuuksien normitasoa.
