It's a pretty place, for sure, but unfortunately, the chef lacks any creativity and the waiters were fairly mediocre. A restaurant where a full meal for one will easily set you back 100 Euros (think starter, main, dessert and wine) should have quality and good service in addition to good presentation, which is about the only thing they mastered.

I asked for a cream-free version of the risotto, which the waiter confidently told me would not be a problem. I finally got my dish after an HOUR of waiting. It was well presented, but not what I ordered! It didn't help that it starred two of my least favourite ingredients: potato and beetroot.

Instead of offering to make up for the mistake, he just said that the chef said it's impossible to make risotto without cream. And that was that. No apology, just dish removed from bill.

My feeling was that the attitude was "if you have ANY special dietary requirements at all, then you will eat what's put in front of you and be happy."

If it's not possible to make a customer his/her order, please don't assume that you can make absolutely anything and that it'll be ok!
