As a Vietnamese who has visited Vietnam quite some time now, and tasted at least two to three different dishes a day, and as a cook, who knows how the system goes, I can highly recommend this place.
Could be that the low grades that other people have written here come from the fact, that they've been either eating just a regular buffet, day's special, or ordered something "safe and familiar" that every wanna-be-Chinese already have on their lists. The thing is, don't take buffet if you're about to grab something good. Every a la carte dish in restaurants are made with more care than some lunch buffet that people usually make with tired eyes starting from 6 o'clock lunch shift. I've tried one lunch buffet already, most of the food were just stuff for the hungry and busy people, but for my surprise they had few dishes there that you can find in regular Vietnamese kitchens, like Thit Heo Kho. Don't grab those sweet and sour porks, why would you wanna eat those if you can get them from some other place too? Try something new, try something different, there you can taste the real Vietnamese cuisine.
Goi Cuon, summer rolls. Tasty and fresh as ever, too bad they didn't have more sauces to dip in. Why? I'll explain later.
Pho bo, beef soup. A taste that comes quite close to original one in Vietnam, with just missing herbs that you just can't have in Finland. Hoisin sauce would'be been good add for this, and lime instead of lemon.
Bo Bun, beef with rice noodles. One of the top dishes you can get, if the beef would be just fried just the right way, not too much or too dry, moist, tender and juicy.
Che, dessert soup. Better than deep fried bananas what you can find almost everywhere.
Fact that people don't dare to even try exotic foods makes the place and food more poor. So many ingredients and dishes are prepared for every day, and if customers just don't pick those, there's no reason to keep them in the menu. That's why they've removed so many dishes from the menu, because nobody orders them, if you'd be owner of the restaurant, you wouldn't wanna make stuff for the restaurant that cost, and in the end nobody even eats them ever. If people would be more adventurous and daring, there would always be fresh ingredients, right dishes with right sauces, then they wouldn't have to downgrade the list all the time, and it'd also raise the cook's motivation to keep the taste as true Vietnamese, instead of hearing complains from customers that think the dishes are too exotic/weird/strange/unfamiliar for their tastes. Away with picky customers, bring in the food hedonists.
So, the food was great if you know what to pick, the atmosphere is nice if we just get rid of the awful customers, and the prices are cheap compared to how good they really are, around 10e/dish is about same if you'd hit fine dining restaurants. I even asked if it was possible to preorder some dishes that aren't included in the menu for my big birthday group party, and they replied that as long as you have a conversation with the kitchen what stuff you want, that kind of special Vietnamese Banquet is possible. If that is special service, I don't know what is.
So, buff up the place, dare yourself to try Vietnamese dishes, ask the waiter what they can offer you to blow up your mind, my friends already thanked me for introducing the place for them.
