I ordered one take-away menu by phone.

When I arrived at the restaurant, I reiterated my order to the cashier: "One large menu". I then paid by card but didn't check the price (Finland isn't a country where one must check every little payment one makes, is it...).
When leaving the restaurant, I noticed there were two menus in the bag and thought they had made a mistake.
I went back to the cashier and asked about it -with a calm voice and not even a shadow of animosity- when the employee (she might be the owner) who had taken my order on the phone appeared suddenly from behind the desk, telling me -with more than just a shadow of animosity- "This is exactly what you ordered! If you want a refund, the procedure's gonna be very long, we must go in an office, etc." I interrupted her logorrhea to say that it was allright because, deep down, I was ready to pay the extra 13 € just to get out of that unpleasant encounter. She added: "If you have friends, you can offer it to your friend".

I've been buying my lunch for quite some time from that restaurant; needless to say I won't anymore. She stole my 13 € but lost the hundreds I used to spend every year. I will take my custom elsewhere.
