Viola has pasta and salad lunch.Good fresh food. But quite often the food at lunch time is too less and if you are "late" it takes the staff quite a while to refill.
The staff is very "cold". Some would call it "professional" ...but it makes you feel a bit unwelcome.
Tomaattikeitto oli keskivertoa huomattavasti parempaa. Pasta kohtuullista. Salaattipöytä oli poikkeuksellisen hyvä. Lounaspaikkana yksi parhaista Helsingistä, sijainti tosin on syrjäinen.
Menu was OK, but nothing to be remembered afterwards, without S-bonus offer it would be robbery... Never had completely English speaking waitress in Finnish restaurant.
The lunch buffet is overpriced and unmemorable, but I consider this par for the course for a hotel restaurant. If you're nearby around lunchtime, the choices can get pretty limited- but if you're in that situation I would recommend you put your back into it and walk the extra 5 minutes to tastier food in a more charming environment (I'll let you search the site to find out which restaurants I'm talking about!)
The food is still very solid, but seems to have slipped in the past couple of years. The seafood is not necessarily the freshest and the menu seems fairly hit-and-miss, but what's good is really quite good, and it's certainly far more creative than you'd expect from a hotel restaurant. The high price and location means it's mainly full of Nokia expense accounts though. Service is hyperattentive, sometimes to the point of annoyance.
Herkulliset italialaiset ruoat. Ravintola on aika avoin tila, mutta yleensä sen verran tyhjä että rauhallinen tunnelma. Hyvin voi viedä esim. liikelounaalle. Joskus on joutunut odottelemaan ruokaa pitkään.
Tarjoilija oli suoraan jostain grillikioskilta. Epäkohtelias ja tunkeileva luonne. Paikka oli mielyttävä. Ruoka näytti paremmalta kuin maistui... Tämä oli lounas..
