I and my family ( 11 people) went to Parilla for birthday dinner yesterday. We reserved the table at 6:30 p.m. And arrived on the time, but we waited 1,5 hours to finally get our food!!! We all were starving. Nobody came to ask anything, till i went to tell them we have been waiting for one hour, where our food is. Then the waiter came to apologize. However, we still had to wait half hour more to get our food, it was 8 p.m. already. And some people's Burger bun and steak were overcooked and burned. What a big disappointment!!!! WE will never go back to this restaurant again.
