Aussie Bar Turku
AussieBar Turku is a restaurant, bar and night club that moreover includes two sun decks and a rental sauna. This is the right place to go when you are hungry or thirsty, when you feel like sunbathing by the river or, simply, when you want to have a great time.
The restaurant is located on a river boat (actually, the biggest one of Turku’s river boats) called JeNNY. Yes, this is how it’s written as the name got its inspiration from Forest Gump’s shrimp boat.
AussieBar on JeNNY offers a large sun terrace with its own bar, a grass terrace on the front deck with a great vibe and the site of delicious food leaving the kitchen, a lounge bar with a setting like no other, rustic in detail, golden in service. And when the weekend arrives, the boat offers a night club that rocks all night long.
The boat is also the perfect place for sports lovers, as whenever there are any important sports games on, the front deck terrace presents a large outdoor screen. Because what’s better than watching a good game on the sun deck of a boat! On the rainy or cold days, however, you can watch your games in the lounge on one of the indoor screens.
AussieBar is more than a bar, it is an experience!

Tästä ei bursa paljoa tylsemmäksi käy. Laatu ei huono, muttei erityisen hyväkään, ennemminkin mitäänsanomaton peruskäntty. Jokimaisemat aurinkoisella säällä ihan jees, mutta muuten laiva itsessään on aikalailla mauton rakennelma.
Jos etsit paikkaa missä sinut kohdellaan kuin paskaa löysit etsimäsi. Olen pyörinyt yli kymmenen vuotta keskustan yöelämässä baarien vippilistoilla ja tämä on ensimmäinen kerta, kun olen törmännyt näin huonoon kohteluun. Löydät enemmän lämpöä ja rakkautta semi-burgerin jonossa.
Puhukaa suomenkieltä. Emme tule enää koskaan Turun rumimpaan ravintolaan syömään.

Great place to visit if your from down-under (NZ or OZ) just for a taste of home. Feels just like those fun backpacker bars back home too. Visiting this place is a must.
Great place during summer time. Good selection of Australian beers and the food is good.

Kanasalaatti oli aika mitäänsanomaton, tosi paljon vihreääsalaattia mukana.
Olisin kaivannut siis enemmän jotain lisukkeita piristämään annosta.

The classic burger patty tastes awful! The quality of the grounded beef is really bad and half of it seemed to be flour. Chicken burger was great.
Erinomaista ruokaa. Hampurilaiset ja Fish&Chipsit ovat mahtavia. Hinnat korkeahkot mutta aika perus ravintolalaivatasoa.
