Frühsammers Restaurant`
In the beautiful villa of the Grunewald tennis club is located Frühsammers restaurant and the Frühsammers Bistro Grundschlag.
Here, working with their team Sonja and Peter Frühsammer at the Art Gastronomy, as they want to eat themselves. At the base, there are lunches and evenings, dishes for every day. The Michelin distinguishes the basic thrill with the Bib Gourmand for a particularly good price-benefit ratio. In Frühsammers restaurant you will experience Sonja's very own kitchen. She does not let herself be driven by fashions and effects, but she cooks delicacies with devotion and heart. The menu with five courses is called "Sonja cooks". That's the concept. She wants to cook and you can count on that.
On evenings where Sonja can not cook, there is just the basic ticket.
In order to control the quality and the price of the menu, Sonja and Peter decided to exclusively offer the menu "Sonja kocht" in the restaurant. A gourmet dinner for 99.- €. Wishes are of course taken into account. Peter is your host at the restaurant evenings.
He also does not hunt for records of the largest drink list. Again, meaningful reduction is announced.
"Wines that fit the current menu, of which there must be a nice selection, then a few classics, that's enough."
But do not think that just because his wine list has gotten smaller he goes to work with less passion.
Maybe it slows down, but instead he takes the time to bake hearty bread with his wood-burning oven, is currently laying out a large vegetable garden, and from summer onwards, he will be giving his own chickens and eggs on the menu.
