Best sushi in town, if you have American taste buds. The difference between this place and Tokyo55 in Töölö is that the rice's got more flavour. Yamato's got maki with salmon & avocado. My favorite, and I tend to add wasabi paste on top. Same goes for their cooked salmon sushi. And without wasabi I pig out on salmon maki with sweet & spicy sauce on top and their tuna fish maki with some green seeds on top. This is me and my Finnish/Asian girl's regular joint, nice people working there too, a nice family owned business. I really have come to prefer this after my initial crush on Tokyo55 flame-grilled mixed platter and when I didn't have so much money, I used to go Fuku Supreme in Sello. Now I ain't going back: They're bland after this Yamato.
