I went for lunch with a colleague and we both ordered the cod. It was a very hot and busy day so we struggled a bit to find a table outside. The clock in the market place building was not on time so we didn't realize at first how long we had been waiting after landing a table. After checking the receipt we realized we had waited for nearly 45min - during lunch time! My colleague went inside to ask about our orders and turns out they had forgotten about ours. After 1 hour we finally got our meals without an apology. I had to ask the waitress for compensation after waiting for an hour and she said that we could go get a coffee from inside. That's it. The least we would have expected was free dessert. The fish tasted like it was frozen fish so all in all the experience was a big disappointment. Previously my experiences in this restaurant had been good so the level of service came as a big and very unfortunate surprise.
