Really friendly staff, helpful with non-menu related questions about Porvoo. Food done to perfection with gluten-free options. Neat and cozy atmosphere. I'll go back.

I attended an all-day seminar and couldn't find out about gluten-free food until the same day so I brought my own food to Heureka. Many tables were reserved for our very large group, but when I sat with my colleagues I was asked to leave, even though there were plenty of spaces. I was told I should understand and I do: Service is NOT what they are offering. My own food was delicious out in the hallway.

I refused to eat there. They required me to keep the contents of my handbag, wallet, glasses, phone etc., in a pile on the table because my handbag is a backpack. I had to check it at the door! They had a band I wanted to see but I left as soon as they were done. I won't go back. Horrible, rude service. Do you assume your customers will steal the lampshades or what? I'll tell everyone I meet, and post everywhere, I can.
