Went for the Farang tasting menu and was not disappointed. Each mouth fall was a dance of flavours with each dish complementing the last. Could not fault the food and a great atmosphere to match.

We decided to take the 3 course menu this time around. The "skagen" starter was very nice and not what one would of expected. Fresh, interesting and very different from your normal skagen. The main course of smoked salmon was nice but some what bland. Dessert was clean and quite ok.

Being an old Porvoo resident, it is finally nice see that Johans has good food and friendly service. The tiny treats from Porvoo were very nice and happy to see it back on the menu after missing it last year. The hovimestari was very welcoming and with a very busy restaurant they took care of us very well.

Fantastic burger, it's not often you go to a "summer restaurant" and receive a burger of gourmet magnitude! Very pleasant staff and enjoyable surroundings.

What you want is what you get! American classics made well and taste like they should! Nothing amazing but for a burger and what not its a good place to dine. Fun environment and good waiting stuff.

Lamb kofta starter was great, big punch of flavors and a good start to the evening. Main dish of venison and seaweed was a bit problematic, over cooked, lacked seasoning and needed more balance/concept to be a good dish! Chocolate fondant was ok but over cooked! Good be a good place but more care and quality needed to go further!

Just like having a meal in the chefs dining room. Good food great bread and warm service. Wine selection complemented the food and is a must have.

"Bistro" Sinne, far from a bistro more an attempt at fine dining. Food looks nice but lacks flavor. Main dishes were closer to cold than hot, maybe hot plates would of helped them out. With the amount of staff working you would expect more from the restaurant.

The best aset to this restaurant is the service. From the moment you enter until the time that you leave the standard from the waiting staff is top notch. Food is good but lacked seasoning and technical ability. Would still go back for a second seating.
