I have been several times to Vapiano and it has been both positive and negavtive experiencies. Food is good, but the space is not well planned and it is not nice to move in the restaurant.
Ordering/eating experience => for 1-3 people it works well, but when we were a bigger group it was a small disaster as everybody received their food at different times...

We looked for an evening snack with my friends and had soup, a sandwich and a salad. It was okay, but quite uneven taste in the dishes - some needed more salt/pepper and some had too much. Service okay and overall okay atmosphere.

I have been to this place many times during the autumn and I like the atmosphere. It is a relaxed feeling and the food is good as well. Nothing extra, but you get what you need for lunch. I will have check it out in the evening at some point...

Great service! We had hamburgers at Chico's at a late evening in November and it was a tasty meal. But what struck us was the great service!

I liked it. Lunch with my friend and both service and food was very good. On the pricy side but as long as the taste and feeling is in order you can pay for it.

We had lunch with some business colleagues a few weeks ago and it was my first time here. It was good, but I felt it was slightly overpriced.
